Are T&H creams all alike?

I treated myself to a tube of limes. I'm agnostic on the scent, but the cream was really very good (this is my first cream. I;ve always used soap). I'd like to try some of T&H's other creams but before I went off on a shopping tangent I thought I would ask the more experienced gents here if the crea...

and I got my money back from USPS
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
I wonder if I could do that to, or is it only the shipper that has a chance at the refund? One thing is for sure, I'm not going anywhere near a post office until next week. :)

I for one would like to hear about your 'method' if you're up to sharing it.

Well, the USPS (sucks) saga continues. The morons can't even deliver an express mail package in time. BTW ScottS no blizzards either....just fine and dany weather and only a few hundred miles between me and the post office it was sent from. I am now officially d-o-n-e DONE with the USPS. Sorry for t...

Tabac rocks.

Richard I'm similar to you in that I reward good service and product with more purchases. My learning curve about shaving products is ultra steep and quite honestly have no regrets about my Kent. What bothers me as a consumer and a business owner is the lack of response from Kent. I merely asked if ...

I really enjoy the slight scrubbing action of my T12 but I found it too big ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Richard That is one of the problems I am having with the T12. I thought because I was used to a smallish sized Floris I should persevere with the T12 and get 'used' too it, bu...

I take my last comment back. Sitting here running my fingers on my face I realize that the slant did a much much better job on two areas that I normally find a little difficult to get really smooth: My neck and chin. It feels as though I did a three pass on both areas! All this to say that the slant...

THROW MAMA FROM THE TRAIN!!!!!!

Gents

Thank you so very much for your words of advice. I followed your recommendations and had an incredible shave. One pass with the slant and a merkur left me as smooth as a classic with a feather. Very very nice.

Thanks again.

Vintage Blades: 10 Thumbs Up

I wanted to buy a Rooney brush and having read in a couple of threads about Vintage Blades and Jim I thought I would give them my business. What an incredible experience I had. Email was responded to almost immediately and a follow up phone call was taken care of by Jim himself. I buy a lot of stuff...

Gentlemen

Many thanks for the info you provided me. I'm going to give it a whirl this afternoon with a merkur blade. I survived my first feather shave with a classic yesterday.......why push my luck today!

Thanks again.

Merkur Slant....totally confused.

First confusion: What is the purpose of the slant? Second confusion: The slant is left to right on both sides of the razor which means that when you shave the right side of your face you must get a different shave than when you shave the left side of your face. This then leads to the third confusion...

What combo would you use

I got my new slant today and the feather blades. I've only ever used the Merkur Classic with the Merkur blade. What do you gents suggest...........try the feather blade for the first time with the classic or go totally overboard and try both new items together I.E. slant with feather, or...............

Civilized is such a loose term, but in any event, if the privates were as lackadaisical in keeping their commitments as the usps is, they would be bankrupt. Instead they are two of the greatest companies in the world. Sorry for beating this dead horse. If it was anything but my shaving stuff I would...

If your parcel was delivered by U or F, they would know not only to whom it was delivered but the entire history of the shipping process down to the ...
