Schick made some two bladed DE's called 2002's (back in the 80's or 90's) and I happen to win a few packs on the bay. They worked pretty well and I got great shaves with them. But I don't think they are the same as putting two blades in. The top blade of the 2002 is not as wide as the bottom one, ma...

We have them at work, a few actually. Like everyone else is saying, temperature is the only way. We cook burgers and steaks without bones and salmon on ours (we have one specifically for the fish). Always a nice meal when we use it. And we never spray it with any thing, it has a teflon coating on it.

I try to give myself a 3 hour window at most. If it's a formal event, which will most likely happen in the evening, I will most likely take two showers, the first of which I will not shave. The second I will. Also, if it's a formal occastion, I will also NOT do something I don't normally do, like pe...

Never had a bad blade from Merkur. Not to derail this thread, I was noticing on the AoS site that they sell the Merkur blades for 12.00 per 10 pack, thats if you are lucky (or unlucky) enough to live close to an AoS location. Glad I bought a boat load when Chesapeake Knife and Tool went out of busin...

Good owners never put up wallpaper! True, I would NEVER put up wall paper myself. We once put up some cheap border in our oldest daughters bedroom when she was first born, as soon as she could stand up, she started taking it down for us. It was a pain to find the same stuff to replace it but ...

We have just been using the water method with no vinegar or DAP. I am currently removing bordering around both of my kids walls. The good thing is the previous owners knew what they were doing and got very good bordering that is easy to come off.

There should be two layers on the wall. Spray on water with a spray bottle. Let it soak in for about 20 minutes. Peel off.

Repeat with second layer.

Get some bulbs made for either your garage door opener, your fridge or your ceiling fan. All of those have stronger filaments and last longer than regular bulbs. The ones for the garage and fridge are also made to be used in the cold.

Try some gentlemens clothing stores, especially some higher end ones. A local clothing store in my area carries Trumpers, T&H and AoS (not that I would buy AoS). A chain in my area also carries the AoS stuff. But I have London's Bathecary within an hour and a half or so, so I'm kinda spoiled sin...

I have the Merkur Classic Short Handle and the Merkur Classic Long Handle. I find myself using one for a month or so, trying the other and prefering it for another month until I try the other one, etc. etc. etc.

I don't have any of the barber poles though so I can't comment on them.
