Knock-r- loose is an old mechanic's term to describe aerosol solvents of this type. I was referring to this stuff.

Kroil is great stuff, too. Kroil makes great products to use on firearms as well.

I would suggest some liquid knock-r-loose, but not WD40. B'laster is one of the best of that kind of solvent.

The student may be inquiring about how much of the reading is available online. I have spent a lot of money on books only to later find all the stuff available for free download. Absolutely. Having seen the cost of any schoolbooks nowadays, I consider it a scam. In our public school system, the cos...

Northbrook Illinois

Guys, I'm taking my lovely wife (her 50th b'day) on a short getaway to the Chicago area...We are taking a tall ship ride and then dinner later. Our hotel is in Northbrook, and I was trying to find a restaurant near there. We will be joined, possibly, by another couple for dinner. So as not to assume...

Now I'll ask about push mowers

My yard is not really large enough for a rider, unless you count one of those really small Murray jobs you used to see often. So I have a self-propelled pusher. It's a Craftsman front drive with tall tires in the back. The problem with those is that the drive gear is metal, and the driven wheels are...

I just got home from dinner after work with the wife, and found on my kitchen counter the order I placed with Ogallala just Monday. As this is my first foray into the world of bay rum scents, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find that along with the sample bay rum cologne ...

I like the Zing Zang but it is a bit sharp, and I have tried it as well. So when I do use it I go halves or so with Mr & Mrs T's. Olives and celery belong there for the nutritional support. And the V-8 I use gives me my veggies, too. Absolutely I want to try a Caesar... I saw that mentioned in W...

Bloody Mary

I don't have what you would call a "recipe" for my Bloody Mary. My wife likes them and so do my friends. My ingredients are: V8 juice, celery salt, Mr&Mrs T's mix, ice, vodka, Frank's hot sauce and some worcestershire sauce (Lea and Perrins). I discovered some variations, like adding a...

The whole family should be commended... Well done, and a tough campaign. I didn't start to gain weight until I reached my 40s. I could never be considered a large person.. 5'5" and about 140-145. But the problem I face is that being slight allows gained weight to be noticed right away. Even the...
