vince has stated what i had heard. the bk8 is a big enough of a brush. you can always email the gentlemen's shop and ask them, but my bk8 is big and holds water. about $125 given the exchange rates and if you spend a few more bucks at the gentlemans shop, shipping is free. i justified that to get me...

best deal

ok, name the best deal(s) you got, whether for a razor or shave supply. i do not count something you got for free, such as a dealer throwing in a tub of cream. what is the best deal for the intended item you got? or where is there a place you like to frequent, whether on line or in person, for the u...

Todd: You know i got the witch hazel from em as a toner. i had never really toned after shaving and kiehls blue astringent would burn like crazy with its high alcohol. well, ems toner just refreshes and last night, i shaved with the taylor sandalwood, and i could see some junk/gunk on my cotton ball...

em's place

chris fisher turned me on to emily. i like her witch hazel astringent but the aftershave balm works great for me. i used it at night also, but want something a bit heavier. a little goes a long way and i feel better than getting chemicals who knows what they are doing

i dont dip my brush into the tub. i take out a small amount and put it into my hand. i take my wetted brush and lightly swirl and go back and forth over my cupped plam to build lather there. i then apply it on my face, trying to use a paint brush effect, or if i have to, lightly swirl in circles on ...
