Emillion 2 Specs Wanted

Hello- So, I'm thinking about having an Emillion 1.5 made. In order to do that I need specs. I have the specs for the Emillion 1. I'm wanting to gather the dimensions for an Emillion 2. If someone would post knot size, loft, handle height and even handle diameter, that would be quite helpful. Thanks

FS - Shavemac Finest - Withdrawn

Folks- 2/4: The Shavemac is Withdrawn due to lack of interest. I used this Shavemac this morning (Monday). It's a fine brush. So much so, that if a buyer hasn't stepped forward by the end of Friday, I'll withdraw it from sale. MaxP Santa brought me two new brushes. Gotta make room in my cabinet. On...

WTB - Tom Ford Grey Vetiver

Hello-

I received Tom Ford Grey Vetiver ASB for Christmas. I'd like to have the men's fragrance spray to go with the ASB.

If, by chance, you have a bottle that you don't want, please PM me.

Thanks

@Brothers. Thanks for the link. Its very helpful.

One of the differences between the E and G models seems to be "side flaps."
What are side flaps? Can anyone explain or post a photo that will maek this issue easy to see?

Thanks

The Douglas is one of my favorite brushes, if not my favorite. The handle is not too short, the tips are soft due to it being super badger, and the knot is not too dense so it's not a lather hog.
+1. Especially the handle shape and size.

Thanks for the experiences, etc.

I've concluded that I'll work with the many products in my drawer rather than adding TGR. At least for now.

The Gentlemens Refinery - TGR - Opinions?

Hello All- A user has suggested to me that The Gentlemen's Refinery shave cream is excellent. So excellent, that he rates it above MdC. That surprised me. So, what has been your experience with TGR cream? I'm particularly interested in hearing about the standard vs Black Ice scents. Opinions? Thanks

It's a mellow, fruity, clean combo. Maybe similar to a mango. Anyway that's the best I can come up with.

I suggest you try one of the Truefitt and Hill creams
and EJ soap, either sea buckthorn or aloe vera.

Just my two cents...

For me, at least at the moment, it'd be:

1. Short Comb NEW

2. EJ/Muhle head on about any handle. The Chatsworth handle is rather nice.

Much as I like a 1912 SE, I gotta go with the DEs.

Great replies. Thank you.

I have a decent selection of SE razors (1912, Damaskeene OC, Featherweight, GEM Jr)

The question I was asking is about blades. The only readily available blade around her is GEM SS from Walgreens. Are there "better" blades that should explore?
