I just looked at the box. It is called a deoderant cream. My mistake.

It also says that it lasts a week with one application. It lass about 1o days for me.

It is not a deoderant. But it prevents smells; so no deodrant is needed.

It is applied after showering at night. In the morning wash it off. Then you are good to go for two weeks.

Thanks. I will try it.

So if I pump the brush, I will not have to swirl it as long?

Building Lather with a Shaving Soap

i just started using Pirate's Cove Lime Shaving Soap. I was building a decent lather previously with a small amount of Ivory mixed in with a squirt of Dr Bronners Liquid soap. I did watch Mantic's lathering videos. The first time I tried the shaving soap, I swirled the boar brush in the soap for abo...

For the collectors of unusual razors ...

Some interesting razor designs:

But how well do they shave?

Too bad I do not see any DE razors.

Me and my wife started using it last year. We get up to two weeks without perspiration odor. That is two weeks between applications, and no deoderant.

The stuff really works. I have not been able to find any negative info about it.

I just started shaving straight across both the top of my lip and the bottom of my lip. I push up one nostril and then shave with the corner of the razor.

I use my injector for my upper lip since it is a little difficult. I do vry short strokes up and down. Very Slowly ...

I purchased the Weishi from Cotton Blossom for $18; a travel boar wood brush for $7-$8; and a regular wood brush for $7-$8. It was very reasonable.

Good info.

Dr Bronner liquid soap is also good for shaving. Rub it on full strength. It is all natural oils and reasonably priced.

Try Dr bronners. The first time I used Dr Bronners I had no weepers. Just rub it in well full strength, and reapply often. Other than that it is great.

Thanks for the suggestions. I still do not know if I will travel with it, but I like the fact that blow drying is a good option.

I will keep the Merkur Slant in mind. The Gillette DE and the Injector slice through pretty good for now.

I will try those soaps in time.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Blow Drying A Brush

I will be vacationing in november. I have a small travel brush which I will probably leave at home. I will be staying at a diffrent hotel almost every night. I will not have time to dry the brush between uses. Has anyone used a blow dryer to dry a shaving brush? Would it damage the hairs? I have a b...

New to Shaving Brush

I have been visiting this forum for 2 months. I started shaving in college with an injector. The last several year I have been using an electric Norelco Reflex Plus. It is always good for a 3 minute shave. Sometimes it does a really badjob on my neck kairs and I need an injector to get it right. The...
