my nose has recently become entranced with the almond scent. first intro: the fabulous c&e sweet almond oil shave cream..great shave, very nice, pleasant scent, tho' probably considered a little old-fashioned. anyway, in looking around found few other other complementary almond scented products ...

new, to me at least: l'oreal "men's expert, active defense system" 'comfort max anti-irritation after shave balm (w/spf 15 sunscreen)'. LOOONG name. available at cvs, among other places; about $7.00+/- for 100 ml. quick blush reaction: soothes, moisurizes. absorbs easily. like it a bit bet...

well, dave (and maynard): i find that two days' growth is EASIER to shave than just one day's. my theory: the longer the beard, the more likely it's going to be a little softer/more "flexible." my razor just seems to mow it down easier. i have always found a light stubble is more difficult...
