Tough to single out an individual. I can say that the members of our forum have helped me to advance or graduate to a more refined, adult way of doing things. I dress better, I look better and smell better. I have more confidence in my appearance, and I'm proud of the improvements. My wife digs it, ...

2 for 2... Another good shave..Not as great as the first one, as I got nicked a tiny bit more. More weepers than nicks, I guess. I was down with the intestinal bug for a few days, I looked like it, too. Needed a shower and shave, and was pretty pleased at what I got. I did a couple of swipes with my...

I may have mentioned here that I use a silicone and Argan oil blend that is intended as a hair product. My wife got it for her hair to prevent flyaways, I use it in that capacity as well. It works well for me as a supplement to whatever cream or soap I may be using, it's cheap, and a little goes a l...

First time 90%
So, I decided to give this straight razor thing a shot. As per the recommendations here, my favorite forum, I bought a Parker SR1 razor. Used it for 90% of the my shave and all told, it went pretty well. Only one or two little dings, very little blood loss. Only shaved WTG, and got closer than I tho...

Congrats to the happy couple!! Many years of bliss to them. The wife and I are not thrilled with the empty nest syndrome. Our youngest is away at college, just an hour and a half away, and we still don't like it. We like having the run of the house (wink wink), but we kinda had that when he lived he...

Thank you Canada
Just wanted to say thank you to Canada.. For many things, but in mind right now, thank you for bringing me the rock group April Wine. Back in 1979 or so, I was dating a girl named JoAnn. For my birthday, she gave me a cassette of the album First Glance. I have had a copy of that album, in some media...

Facial hair vote
I don't agree with the list.. But you have to read some of the comments. Some contain a great selection of one-liners from Groucho.

WTS/WTT Pashana and TOBS Sandalwood **SOLD**
SOLD!! Thank you Well.... I had to have this, and I like it ok. Problem is, both are pretty strong, and I used it too often over the course of a couple of days. Wore out their welcome unfortunately. That said, the bottles look almost full. Both are labelled as aftershaves. I would like to sell toget...
Argan oil
My wife bought some argan oil for her hair.. I use it, too. I tried it as a pre-shave and I think it worked pretty well. For all I know, the Nancy Boy Signature cream was working especially well, or the stars aligned just right. Has anyone else used this stuff in shaving, and if so, what results wer...

WTB: L'Occitane Eau Des Baux EDT
I would love to find some of this on sale somewhere, or a decent sized sample.. It is one of my favorites. Does anyone here have a decant, or a bottle they have grown tired of? I recently bought some Pashana, and TOBS Sandalwood.. I liked them very well at first, but I must have used them too much. ...

Pashana
Pretty nice scent, barber-shoppy and manly. Not sexy per se but very nice! I'll put it in my rotation.
