This seems somewhat humorous, as I had always figured the Nancy Boy name was a play, and a poke at, the "metrosexual" men's hygiene scene. Never tried any of their stuff, but if it is a good product - then a good product is a good product. Seems absurd to attach things to a product rather ...

I recommend the HD as well. Top notch razor, you won't be disappointed. Too many options (adjustable) give too many chances for error. And don't worry, if you hang around here long enough you will accumulate all of the razors in your list, plus some. You might also check out some of the vintage Gill...

For me, one pass on a work day is mostly a time savor. However, I find doing multiple passes on a regular basis dries my face out too much. Best to save the multi-pass for the ladies on the weekend.

Mine clicks as well. As I am tightening the head down on a new blade.

It threw me off at first, as my HD doesn't do this. Haven't given it much thought though.

...Well, I've changed my tune a bit since this last post. Lately I've been doing a one pass shave with layered strokes. Kind of a 1.5 pass shave because I go with and against the grain - some spots, where I can, I go directly across the grain - but all done after only one lathering. This seems to w...

I have been through the gates of hell, and passed (for the most part). DE razor - OK. Blade in the DE - not OK. Cigarette case - OK Cigarette case with lighter - only OK because it is 60 years old and the lighter doesn't work. So, take your DE through, but buy blades when you get to your destination...

Ha, you have all pushed me over the edge. I bought a fez in Turkey and it was lost at the airport. Now I must find another... simply for shaving purposes.

Modern Drunkard had a great fez, but it doesn't seem for sale anymore.

Whatever you decide, Don't Go To Law School!!! The world doesn't need any more lawyers. Actually, all kidding aside, if you have the dough and you are wanting to be an entrepreneur, a law school education will develop your analytic mind better than an MBA. But if you are looking at working for someo...

Buy more Bic's, if that is what does the trick for you.

However, I would recommend: buy many, buy often. (to steal a Chicago phrase)

Acquire and sample, when it comes to blades. They are cheap. And there is no reason to limit yourself. Play the field.

Don't put shave soap on your lips.

But seriously, the EJ soaps seem somewhat harsh - I bought the EJ sandalwood a month ago and it was extremely drying. I gave up on it after one shave.

Hopefully your parents will do the right thing and tell you you cannot move back in. I would, in general, intend to agree with you, mfs. T&H is quite a good soap, in my opinion. I recently bought mine off of TBoner (and now I see as to why he sold it - see his previous post). It is different than other lavenders (the only comparison I have is the Castle Forbes cream). And, as I find the case with T&H scents, the scent is not ...
