My iMac was bought in 2006, and is still going strong over five years later. Until Lion came out earlier this year, it was still running the latest Mac OS.

It's one of the reason Apple has such brand loyalty among those of us who've had Macs for years — they stand by their products even out of warranty. My ancient iMac just had a new harddrive fitted by Apple who waived their labour charge , despite the machine beings years out of Applecare.

Surprised to see so little love for the Bolzanos — I love that blade.

The worst I've ever used are two Chinese brands — Flagfish and Bluebird. Atrocious.

Forsaking all others, I have settled on this blade as "the one". Since first dipping my toe in the waters of DE shaving two or three years ago, I've tried them all, and found no other blade at any price point to be as smooth, sharp and predictable in any razor. I'm running down my stocks o...

I read enough forums to know that bootleg ebooks are as becoming almost as common as bootleg MP3s, however.

I've got a Tempur, and if my house burned to the ground today it would be the first thing I replaced tomorrow. It cost a king's ransom, but you spend a third of your life on it, so it's money well spent. PS: None of the other "memory foam" mattresses are anything like Tempur, and I've trie...
