Apple taking the strategic decision to make the iPod Windows-compatible ("Hell froze over", as the ads said) was genius. In effect, the iPod became a Trojan Horse into the Windows user base. The rest is history. Business schools will be teaching it for years.

I'm a fan of wallets that are thin and will fit in my pocket. That generally rules out rivets of any sort, clips, change pouches, and tri-folds. And it still has to be made of leather.
