This is an incredible brush, but perhaps a bit too big for me? (I got a PL14 at the same time, and I haven't even tried that one yet!)
This Polo 12 has been used exactly twice, by me. It was new NOS when I got it two weeks ago. There are cosmetic flaws on the handle: rust-colored patches here and there, like it has freckles!
It's labeled "Best", but the hair looks and feels identical to that of my Somerset PL8, which is a Super.
Last photo shows it in full bloom, 5 minutes after first use.
I'd consider trades for exceptionally nice straight razors, probably very old Sheffield. (Think Greaves, John Barber and the like.) I might trade for brushes, but they'd have to be pretty amazing. Possibly a very nice natural stone?
