Non-Shaving Items for Sale or WTB

Post by drmoss_ca »

Gentlemen,
We are going to allow non-shaving items to be advertised in this thread. Soaps, colognes, talcs and so on can go in the usual place, but if you have a lightly used bicycle it should go in this thread.

Well, I've got some prime waterfront property in Florida for sale. Well, it's actually inland, but it's watery, and anyone who calls it a swamp is just not ecologically sensitive, but it's for sale, cheap.
Regards,
Squire

One thing is that the moderator for this forum will have to clean out the old posts for sold items (which might limit his time spent elsewhere on the interwebtubes). Oh, Squire, I'll swap my bridge for your desirable property if you like!

WTB: Windows XP CD

Post by churchilllafemme »

I'd like to buy a full retail copy (not upgrade) of the Windows XP operating system installation CD, preferably Professional, with its activation key. I plan to use this with VMware to create a virtual machine withing my Win 7 computer for playing old games. Please PM me if you have one to sell. Thanks.

I am not wearing these much and these were all bought within the last 8 months. The driving cap and the panama worn like 4, 5 times, max. The Fedora, maybe 10 times. All hats are a medium and I wear a 7 1/8th and I think they could fit a 7 1/4. The driving cap is the snuggest fit of the three.

First up is a Bailey wool, black fedora, Yates model, medium sized

Second up is the J Crew Panama stingy

Then the Jos. A Bank driving cap, charcoal color with some sort of camel striping, faint:

I would sell these all for $100 shipped (driving cap retailed at $49, the Stingy panama at $48 and the Yates at $65), and if you get it today or tomorrow (1-24-13) then Ill toss in a free tie, XMI brand

Opera Club ballpoint pen in black guilloche, and I have the presentation box to go with. I also will include 8 Schneider refills in blue that fit the pen. These pens are fetching $235 retail, and I paid $185 for the pen about 18 months ago. The refills have a value of $20 and the shipping will be close to $10 just because of the weight of that presentation box. Asking $160.00 shipped CONUS

That's a nice pen - and a steal of a deal, even without all the ink refills that Sam is including.

Somebody buy this quick before I lose self-control. :)
