The classically structured composition has a distinctly modern, even edgy feel, largely because of the presence of frankincense. The note, apparent from start to finish, combines beautifully with the citrus top notes, creating an effect that is husky-sweet, almost smoky. In the heart of the fragrance, it enriches geranium, rose and tobacco, adding an earthy, spicy undertone to the sultry mix. The piquancy is further emphasized by the cypress note, with its gloriously mentholated, almost pine-like aroma.
