UPDATE: NO LONGER FOR SALE
-----------------------------
Hey Folks, I received a few of these large industrial dispensers of new-old-stock Gillette Platinum Plus made-in-USA blades in trade or purchase from members here over the years, and at this point I just have way too many of them. If you want at least 500 blades, I'll send you one of the big metal dispensers too. If you want fewer, I'll wrap the stack of blades securely in wax paper and lots of bubble wrap. It's pretty easy to ship these intact, because the machine oil used to lubricate the blades sticks them together in large stacks. I just separate a single blade off with my thumbnail using the non-cutting edge at the top when I want to grab one to shave. These are my favorite blades, and they're not made anymore. Never had a problem shaving with one of these.
~100 blades (~0.4 inch stack) for $109 shipped in the US ($1.09/blade)
~200 blades (~0.8 inch stack) for $209 shipped in the US ($1.05/blade)
~300 blades (~1.2 inch stack) for $300 shipped in the US ($1.00/blade)
~400 blades (~1.6 inch stack) for $390 shipped in the US ($0.98/blade)
~500 blades (~2.0 inch stack) for $480 shipped in the US (includes large dispenser) ($0.96/blade)
~1000 blades (~4.0 inch stack) for $900 shipped in the US (includes large dispenser) ($0.90/blade)
~1650 blades (~6.6 inch stack) for $1400 shipped in the US (includes large dispenser) ($0.85/blade)
Sales for larger numbers of blades will take priority over smaller.
Payment via Paypal, shipping in the US will include tracking, international shipping at your cost. Feel free to shoot me a PM with any questions
Thanks

They are some great pictures. I haven't had that much fun looking at blades for quite awhile. Good luck with the sale.

I just bought some of these blades from this member and would like everyone to know what a pleasure the transaction was. Also, if you've ever had an interest in trying out vintage blades and seeing what all the fuss is about and why people talk about them in such glowing terms, this is an incredible opportunity to sample some of the finest DE blades ever produced. Recommended!

Just a small bump here. Cheers

I have a serious question...
Those blades are still on the factory production rod holder. How did those get outside the factory? Ive seen those on ebay before. a full one once went for 1300, but I cant remember the brand of blade on it.

I honestly don't know the answer to that - I received these in a NOS blade trade with a member here, but it's been awhile and I don't remember who it was . I've *heard* that some of these dispensers were sold whole to be used in industrial settings (like Military and Prison settings), and also guesses that perhaps some of them walked out of storage when factories were closed.
