A Penhaligon's bar, which I've found to be the best at being nongreasy and nondrying on my skin.

Yesterday I started a new bar of Old Spice Bearglove fragrance bath soap. Seems to be quite good. It's not large, so I anticipate it'll be gone in a couple of weeks or so.

Imperial Leather ..... we upped our supply in the Costco in Oldham when we were over the pond a month ago .... now my guess is that we have a year's supply ahead of us if we are cautious. Nursing a supply of soap -- can you believe it?

+1. Glad to see you back well provisioned for the coming year. Thought you might have gone walkabout again.

One thing that seems to have bypassed our area this year are the holiday Yardley offerings. Don't know what that portends but seems odd.

Stirling Barbershop. My wife also likes the aroma it leaves in the bathroom.

Mitchell's Woolfat. We picked up 3 bars in Yorkshire in November ..... gosh this stuff is the best...... but then you have to discount the source of that previous statement. 8)

Today I started a half bar of Zote, a tallow heavy soap from our friendly neighbors to the south, Mexico. They make good stuff, and it's cheap too.

My wife was given several bars of an olive oil-based bath soap, which is absolutely terrible; just doesn't lather. Thank goodness we're nearing the end of it and I'll be restocking the shower with our all time favourite, Cussons Imperial Leather. Fortunately, we have enough stock of CIL to last us until our next pilgrimage to the motherland in June. There's a Costco near where the family lives in Southampton, and based on Wendell's earlier recommendation we'll be restocking there rather than the £ Store.
