organic coconut oil as aftershave balm

Post by kennethj »

I am trying this out after shaving and at night when I hit the bed. it definitely gives a nice soft, moisturized feel. I know they use this oil in the better shave creams like Trumpers. I found it for $13.00 a tub at Whole Foods.

I have a colleague who has been using coconut oil for a year now. He swears by it !!! Good luck.

Coconut oil has long been known for its ability to heal skin sores. I guess it should do the same for shaved skin.

I love coconut oil. I use it to prevent dry cracked skin in dry winter months. I use it as a hair dressing. I melt it onto my baked sweet potatoes (amazingly delicious). Wonderful stuff.
