joel (and others): have you used this and tried em's toner and if so, how do they compare? i have only used kiehl's blue herbal astringent in the past and it dried up quick. i used em's toner and it still stays wet after a while and i like it., but i think dickinsons can be obtained locally and would like more comments on it compared with say em's toners
Ems contains witch hazel. And is more effective than witch hazel alone. The purpose of the toner is to provide a ph balancing effect and also to wipe away the last bits of soap, cream, debris,e tc.
