Din, next time I'm in Salt Lake (should be the first week of April) I'll have to stop at Spudnuts and try one of their potato flour douhgnuts. Where in Sugarhouse are they?

I didn't know what you guys were talking about with spudnuts, but now I get it. Where I live in PA there is a big German population. Every year on Fat Tuesday they make potato doughnuts, I think they call the day Facst Naught(I'm sure I spelled that wrong), something about the night before the fast.
Anyway, they are great.

the name of the joint is tasty's donuts, and it's 1511 e 2100 so, directly north of the main entrance to sugarhouse park. they have pretty good sandwiches, too, IIRC.
