Hopefully this happens to you...a grist story

Soon she began posting videos on YouTube that she had taped from her bedroom — without editing out the laundry or dogs lounging in the background. Now, 20 months into what began as a D.I.Y. experiment, Ms. Luke’s videos have logged more than 50 million views and her YouTube channel has 250,000 subscribers in 70 countries — affirming her status, and that of YouTube, as a force to be reckoned with.

Ah, but you can vote once per day. So you can vote for it every day of the contest! The top 10 vote getters get reviewed by a jury of pro's and semi-pro's for the good prizes. 8)

Ok, I voted, so I'll be watching the postman for the cheque

Seriously though, good work. Your videos have been very useful for a lot of people, including me.

C'mon guys, vote for Mark!

As much as I have enjoyed the videos, Mark, I have enjoyed watching how the quality and level of information has continued to increase. This last video was truly impressive.

All the best,
Jack

It was on the third page for me.

I was vote number 180.

You are currently ranked 14 of 153, which is pretty good, within striking distance of the top ten!

Howcast has temporarily suspended voting, due to "irregularities" (yeah I was wondering about some of the vote counts myself). I will let everyone know when it re-starts. Thanks for the previous votes!

Don't worry Mark, we'll sneak a file into you after you get picked up by the Internet police.

Mark, definitely let us know when voting resumes! I can probably vote about 4 times a day, between various home and work machines.

Gosh, I wonder what kind of voting irregularities they discov... Uh-oh!!!

Disregard original concept, move along, nothing to see here.
