Hey guys, it's been a while......

Feel free to post anything unrelated to wet shaving or men's grooming (I.e. cars, watches, pens, leather goods. You know, the finer things of life).

Hey guys, it's been a while......

Post by kaptain_zero »

I doubt anyone missed me all that much, but I'm back.

I can honestly say that I've lost all abilities to hone a straight razor, my brushes all shed and my creams and soaps have completely dried out....

This means I can start all over again, right?

Happy to be back.

Regards

Welcome back, Kaptain Zero. Of course you can start over again, though those dried up soaps may still be good.

As long as you have one or several acquisition disorders, you'll fit right back in!

Chris, I recall questioning the Merkur conundrum, and gave it the name 'M-factor'... Has anyone ever found the answer?

Squire, thanks, but my wallet and bank account... may not agree.

Jim, let's see... I've already got a quote on 3 straight razors needing restoration or repairs AND sent them out, I've obtained another Shapton Glass hone and I have more new soaps and creams bookmarked than I actually have in my shaving cabinet and I have A LOT of creams and soaps.....<sigh>. Nope, don't think I have any AD's.

Murry, Gary, you guys aren't exactly helping either...... Ah, it's good to be back.

Not me, no strikes or peaks, regular dosage keeps things on an even keel.

Squire, that only means that you have SAD. Steady or Steadfast Acquisition Disorder.

There can be only one answer to that question: Yes.
