professional drafting question

Is there a tablet computer that is an actual tablet, I don't mean a miniature laptop, that can actually run a drafting program that is roughly equal in capacity to the former Autodesk Architectural or Mechanical desktop?
mainly a program that can import a pdf file, do ray tracing at the hardest, and do simple 3 dimensional objects?
