So I haven't been on alot like I would like to be and here's the reason, if you remember my first posted I said I was wheelchair bound will I have been in a wheelchair for about 9 years and I recently learned I might be able to walk again with physical therapy. So there is my reason for not being on as much. (Sorry no long sappy story )

So how's it going? Good I hope.

After nine years in a wheelchair, I can't imagine better news! I know it won't come easily, but I'm really happy for you and the potential improvement in your quality of life.

Thanks guys I will try to post more often but therapy takes alot out of me. So far as to where I'm at right now is mostly stretching the muscles but therapy is going good

well update time today my therapist says she thinks ive mostly unstretched 9 years of muscle tightness although im going to have to keep doing stretches becuase of muscle memory . and im going to get new ankle braces soon that should help me more with walking then my old ones

update so i got one of my new braces the my therapist sent back the other one and i took my first steps since the evaluation appointment, progress

Ask your therapist about maybe getting you some sit down bicycle pedals
