Paris Hardware Store

Post by GregPQ »

During a recent trip to Paris I noticed several shops selling traditional shaving gear, including a modest hardware store near our hotel:

I brought a Merkur travel razor and purchased some Gillette Bleues. They weren't as good as I remember. Have they always been made in St Petersburg?

Cool!

Is that a travel razor I spy to the right?

Don't know if St. Petersburg has always been the source Greg, I'll dig out some older ones to check on manufacture soon as I remember where they are stored.
