I don’t know if it’s an age thing or just me but more and more I feel the need to be out and about observing and participating in the life on the streets.
I’m not alone.
Just nearly alone.
I noticed that the city buses were running but not many were riding.
Stopped for a cup of coffee and a light snack – very civilized on a rainy day.
No hustle and bustle on this street.
The Barber shop is open, just needs a customer to complete the picture.
The rain is starting to pick up a bit.
Whatever the weather the Bashamichi district is always a nice place to walk.
No typhoon is going to keep this couple from doing a little shopping.
My good friends Nicky and Nicole, I can always depend on them to come out to play.
It’s a good time to start heading home.
I caught the train for the last leg of my journey home, the platform attendants are already dressed for the heavy rain and high winds to come.
The typhoon raged outside all night and we survived just fine. Now the sun is coming out and I must be off to work, oh boy!
