We spent Christmas on Izu peninsula in Shizuoka prefecture. Here are a few of the photos that I took on the trip.

All images were taken with a Sigma SD1 Merrill camera and a 24-70 f2.8 Sigma zoom lens.

All the best,

Nicely done. A long time ago I had an SD10, but found the colours hard to correct (in those days it was use Sigma's software or nothing). The Foveon sensor has obviously got a lot more refined since. I'm jealous of your sunshine and presumed warmth. -12C this AM and not very inspiring to go and get my fingers cold!

The local chamber of commerce has nothing on your photo skills. Thanks for keeping us supplied with great candid shots!
