Hi Wendell,

No logic that I know of. I was showing my wife that underpass because it helps us avoid a busy traffic intersection and she noticed the graffiti. It's a nice part of town and graffiti is rarely seen, especially in English, and the message was kind of cute so I popped a picture of it. It brought back memories of my junior high school days.
