Hello Charlie,

Beautiful Shavemac. Either that is a giant brush or that is a small C-M cream jar!

Ravi, Paco Rabanne! Wow, I wore that back in 1975 along with Canoe and Brut (sorry, no Hai Karate).

I have seen both at Ulta and have been tempted to buy them. Maybe next visit :)!

Cheers,
Richard

Friday: Two companies' stuff, two of each.

- Merkur HD w/new Merkur blade
- Truefitt & Hill 1805 shaving cream
- T&H 1805 cologne

I got the Merkur blades when I bought my razor from Charles @ QED but I stopped using them when I got Feathers from Pauldog. I decided to give tham another chance today to keep the razor from getting lonesome. (It got sad when Thomas from Kassel, Germany, decided to leave SMF.) The Merkur blade pulled more than a Feather but less than a Personna, and my face is a little more tender than it would have been with a Feather.

And may I add that boy! do I smell good!

Hello All,

Today was the last day of Brushless Week. It was Molle for the shave with an injector razor and Ted Pella blade.

I am still not impressed with Molle. It feels slick going on your beard, but the razor head could not glide over easily. Had to pull out my Caldo brushless cream to finish the third and T&C passes. Caldo is slick and pleasantly scented.

I think I'll relegate Molle way to the back of the undersink area. Out of the brushless creams I used this week, Barbasol, Palmolive, Caldo, Cremo and Molle, I found Molle to be the least slickest of the group, Caldo the slickest.

Son bought me the Caldo at an upscale Target in west Plano for my birthday. I almost dismissed it. And it is not cheap. But I like it. Look for it in your neighborhood Target and give it a go.

Cheers,
Richard

Thursday night:

Futur with Merkur Blade at 1.5
C+M brush
Proraso Pre/Post
T+H Ultimate Comfort Cream
Kiehls Ultimate Mens Aftershave Balm and Moisturizer

With the cooler weather rolling in, I've had to break out a thicker aftershave this week. Despite my aversion to kiehls shave creams now that I've seen "the light," I still love their thick, moisturizing aftershave.

I never knew KITT was right hand drive..... That is actually a funny video. I was ready to cringe if he hit the hood topless but thankfully he stays fully clothed. It is good that he can parody himself. Funny thing is that I really liked Knight Rider growing up.
