See how the razor doesn't look wet? I guess it's the "before" picture!

Thursday:
- Merkur HD w/Feather blade
- SMF III brush
- Kiss My Face lime cream (again)

Same lineup as yesterday, and another very good shave. Naturally, as I put the shaving cream on my brush the tube gave a wet noise and ran out.

Thursday:

Gillette "Fatboy" Adjustable / Gillette "Swede"
Taylor OBS Eton College Shave Cream
D.R. Harris Arlington Aftershave Milk
Brooks Bros. 1818 Cologne

I absentmindedly went against the grain on all passes, not just the last. We'll see if there's any fallout from my transgression. My shave was no closer than it normally is, so I don't see any benefit to be gained by today's method.

Actually, this is an after. I dried everything before taking the photo with my lumpen studio. To answer Richard, there was no blood, just a few minor razor burns. The plaster's just here for dramatic effect.

Actually, I didn't realize this until the other day when I picked up a bottle of Old Spice, it actually smells similar to that. It looks and sounds minty, but it isn't. It has glycerin in it so it is a bit moisturizing and gentler than straight alcohol based A/S. It still has plenty of alcohol, however.

This is the same company that makes JM Fraser. They have a whole line of these a/s, one is called Russian Bear or something crazy like that. They also have bay rum, etc.

Hello Richard in Canada,

My, you certainly have a nice collection of str8s! And all this time we thought you just used the Feather AC :)!

Cheers,

Richard, does Booster's make JM Fraser cream?
I have Island Bay Rum, Polar Ice and Mosswood and they're all made by Booster's Canada.
Good quality and value for the money by the way.
