Oh, and...
That's a damn big razor. I'm pretty sure a 58 foot razor wouldn't even fit in my house crosswise!Dominated by the 58' TV
Or were you talking about an actual big-screen TV? Talk about home theater!

How about the "1958 TV Edition Gillette Super-Speed"?yoyology wrote:Don't close it yet. There's still us night shavers to consider!

Yes, Mitchell's is the same quality as other top soaps in terms of lather, lubricity, etc., but it really excels in the post-shave skin conditioning department. I find after I use wool fat I don't need as much post-shave soothing (eg Skin Food) or much moisturizing but I need a bit moisture now as it is really dry and cold here now. I find TGR Balm a little on the heavy side, so I cut it with witch hazel. I use about a third of a pumps worth of TGR Balm.stanmog wrote:So Richard, how did you find the combination of the wool fat soap, with the TGR after shave balm? That was my shave yesterday (Kent soap), and I thought my skin felt better later in the day than with any other combination. The actual shave with the Kent/Mitchell's soap was not exceptional, on a par with other top tier soaps, but the skin conditioning was outstanding.

Sorry Karl. Had to clear this up; the shave was at 10PM...after a full day of classes and work. Though, I have had a couple of those special occasions.ichabod wrote:I drink while I shave. Espresso or tea, usually. Beer at 8AM is for special occasions...
