DE Israeli Blade (First use / no markings what-so-ever!)
B&B 2006 Finest Brush
Proraso Green Shave Cream
Proraso AS Balm
Penhaligon's Castile EdT

The blades as claimed were reasonably sharp and performed ok on first use.

SOTD rating 8.9/10 ...pretty good shave...

Tuesday, pretty much the same as yesterday.

Sabrooni Medium 1 Finest
Wool Fat
Gillette Trac II
TGR A/S Balm
C-M Number Six

The lack of a pivoting head gives the Trac II an Injector-like feel which is a good thing. Since I can buy excellent Gillette blades at my local Walgreen's and Injector blades are falling faster than Britney Spears, it looks like the Trac II may become my new secondary razor.

Merkur Long handle/Israeli
Sabrooni finest
Kent fat
Lucky Tiger AS/Toner
T&H Spanish Leather

Two pass shave, as an experiment. Mostly straight down and then mostly straight back up. It worked rather well, I have to say.

Running very late this morning, so:

AOS Mach3 razor
SMF III brush
SCS Disco do Mistério Número 4
Neutrogena Razor Defense ASB

I haven't used the M3 since August, but I got a very smooth shave with it -- for about an hour. When SWMBO got home and looked at me tonight, the second thing she asked was, "Didn't you shave today???"

Merkur Futur Razor (@1.5)
Merkur Blade
Merkur Best Badger Brush
L'Occitane Cade Shave Cream
Pecksniff's Oriental Woody EdT (tried sample had to get full size)

Maybe I was a bit harsh on the Cade shave cream on first use. This time I used much more cream and it shaved very well.

SOTD Rating 9.15/10 ...good shave and love the EdT...

Wednesday,

Sabrooni Medium 1 Finest
Wool Fat
Gillette Trac II
TGR A/S Balm
TOB Mr. Sidney

Third straight day with the Wool Fat. Hadn't used it much over the last couple of months. Nice to get reaquainted. Not to belabor the point, but Wool Fat is goooood stuff.
