After the massacre my Tuesday shave was, I stopped shaving for a few days. I was about to go back to my safe routine, but curiosity prevailed again. I must say I am very impressed with the Slim Adjustable, which I used for the second time.

First pass WTG on 4; second pass and touch-up on 1.

Slim with Euro-Gillette
Tulip 2
Harris’s Arlington
CF 1445 balm

Sorry for the uninspired pic, whose insipidness I hid with unimaginative Photoshop effects.

Before shave:

Proraso Pre-Shave cream

Cream/Soap & brush:
Proraso Shavng soap using a Proraso boar brush

Razor & blade:
Gillette Tech w/ Wilkinson (UK) blade (1st blade-1st day)

After Shave:
Proraso Liquid Cream After Shave balm

All I can say is WOW!!! \:D/

I have been sticking with the Proraso products lately to limit other variables, while I change out razor and blade combos. This was my first shave using the Wilkinson Sword (UK) blades. I think I have finally achieved BBS. These blades are sharp while still retaining a smooth shave. Up until now my favorite blade in my Tech was the Israeli Crystals, because they were smoother than the others in the sample pack for me. These Wilks seem as smooth, but sharper too. Hopefully, today was not just a fluke or an alignment of the cosmos or something and tomorrow yields similar results.
