Saturday:
Gillette '48 TV Super Speed / Gillette "Swede"
D.R. Harris Arlington Shave Cream
D.R. Harris Arlington Aftershave Milk
D.R. Harris Arlington Cologne
Sometimes I wonder why I bother with any products that aren't made by Harris. Honestly, if they expanded their shave cream lineup to include rose and lime, I would gladly stick to just their products. They are just that good.
So what's with all the TV Super Speeds today? A near 50-year flashback, it seems. I wonder what King Gillette would think, were he still alive today. He probably be horrified, actually, because it's not part of the business plan.

Saturday's Shave
Saturday
Razor: Gillette FatBoy (1960)
Blade: Derby Extra (corked) Day #4
Brush: Simpson Eagle #3
Soap/Cream: Col. I. Conk's Bay Rum Soap
A/S: Musgo Real A/S Balsam
I usually shave in the AM but today was a busy day with some unplanned happenings so I didn't get to shave until tonight. I must say it turned out to be a pleasant finish to a busy day.

Sunday's Shave
Sunday
As I shaved late on Saturday I find no need to shave again this morning.
But, I will be back at it tomorrow morning and with a fresh blade!

Sunday
Trumper I.B.9 Super
30"s Gillette "New"
Tesco blade
Harris Arlington Cream (you're converting me Gordon!)
Trumper Moisturising Lotion
Trumper Wellington
I didn't shave yesterday in anticipation of using the open comb razor. It's a great razor for shaving off a days beard growth. BBS all the way. Guy's with heavy beards need to investigate this razor.
Regards,
Bill

Don't think......shave.
Saturday
Schick Injector
Personna Blade
B&B Silvertip
T&H West Indian Limes
Thayer's Lavender WH
Booster Polar Ice AS
Mama Bear's Summer B&B ASB w/Lavender & Rose
T&H 1805 Cologne
This was my first shave with the injector and I was very pleased with it. I did a three pass shave and the Personna was very comfortable. The blade angle was very easy to figure out. I look forward to shaving with it again today (Sunday)!
