Monday

EJ Super
TOBS Shaving Shop
'52 Canadian Tech
Lord SS blade (day 1)
Floid (Italian)

Good shave. First use of Shaving Shop. I like it, I believe, but it needs another test run for the sake of deciding on the scent.

Monday a.m.

'47 Aristocrat (#2)
Gillette Plat #2
Rooney 3,1
Mama Bear's Clear Skies Soap
Trumper's limes A/S
Kiehl's moisturizer
Parfums de Nicolai Cologne Nature

Excellent two-pass shave. No nicks, irritation, or A/S burn. This morning's shave was rushed, so I fully expected the shave to be spotty and to feel the burn of the A/S. Not so. So, after two shaves with my second '47 Aristocrat, I'm getting the great shaves I get from my first '47, but without any burning/stinging when using A/S.

Monday

C&E BBB
P. 160 Soap
'56 Gillette Superspeed
Crystal
Swiss Pitralon
A little Nivea ASB on the neck

160 is a nice soap, provided a nice moist lather and nice scent but I think it is just a notch below it's Italian cousins Cella and Valobra - it is very shavable for me but will see travel or light duty. The Swiss Pit. was not for me, softened and smoothed my face okay but I find the scent is just not right. The Crystal and '56 are a nice combo for me but I still prefer the heft and balance of my HD.

Have a great week,

Gary
