Very good one-pass shave. Instead of skipping Saturday's, I may stick with the one-pass on Sat. and Sun. and see if my face is OK with that.

  • Prep: Noxzema Deep Cleansing Cream & hot towel
  • Brush: C&E BBB
  • Cream: C&E Sienna
  • Razor: '36 Gillette NEW Bar Handle for face & Bic Sensitive for head
  • Blade: Swede (shave 4)
  • Oil Pass: Leisureguy's Last-Pass Shave Oil
  • A/S: Thayer's Lavender Witch Hazel Toner
Result:
Nice BBS shave today. Went easy on the Oil Pass on the lower neck and around the mouth and still got the BBS shave. No nicks or weepers. Tried the NEW from the Red & Black Set and got a very comfortable shave.

Saturday evening: 2nd shave for our anniversary dinner/ night out.
Saville Row 3118
MEM Olive Shave Cream
Merkur Classic w/ Feather blade
Aqua Velva AS

One pass and touch-ups to clean things up. I have time to post this as it keeps me from hovering around jingling the car keys as my wife gets ready. Safer that way.
