E.J. Chatsworth w/ 7 OCY (1)
E.J. BBB
Arko lemon sc
Thayers Cucumber WH w/ aloe
Osage Rub
Anherb a/s gel
G.F.T. Spanish Leather Edt

After a day off from shaving a BBS shave from the Chatsworth/Sharpedge combo. The Arko cream produced abundant lather that allowed three passes and could have been used for two head shave passes if I chose. First time with the Osage Rub (TY Matt) and all I can say is "WOW." Had to finish with one of my favorites, the GFT Spanish Leather.

Vulfix 404 Mixed
Merkur 1904/Wilkinson Classic
Gold Dachs Spezial
Thayers Witch Hazel w/Aloe
Lucky Tiger Vanishing Cream After Shave Moisturizer

The Lucky Tiger VC while being more or less a solid cream is actually quite light once applied and is absorbed quickly by the skin, as long as you don't put it on to heavy I would have no trouble using this through the summer months. I like the mint/menthol combo of this after shave. As usual the Gold Dachs Spezial set up a close and comfortable shave. Nice way to start the week.
Good shaving,

Gary

Razor: Merkur 23C
Blade: Astra Superior Platinum
Brush: Vulfix 2234 Super
Cream: J.M. Fraser's Original
A/S: Generic Witch Hazel, Ogallala Bay Rum Toner

I use Fraser's cream only a few times per year. I wish that I found the "lemon" scent more to my liking. However, each time I use Fraser's, I become a little more tolerant of the scent. The shave this morning was wonderful, and I can't argue with success. I think I will be using Fraser's a little more often in the future. I also have a pot of Fraser's Polar Ice, which I purchased thinking it contains menthol. It doesn't.

Gillette NEW
Iridium Super (shave #2)
Bulldog Shave Cream
Boots Distilled Witch Hazel
Nivea Replenishing Post Shave Balm

After several weeks of using the Gillette NEW, I decided yesterday to use my trusty Merkur HD. No dice. Although a decent shave, the HD just isn't in the same league as the NEW for mine. I realised how fond I've become of the open comb design as it felt like I was scraping off the lather before the blade did its job. Back to the NEW today and all was well in the world again.

Also, I've been using the Bulldog brushless cream quite a bit lately with great results. The shea butter contained within really leaves the skin feeling great.

Razor: D.R. Harris Chatsworth
Blade: Super Iridium
Brush: Vie-Long 16510 White Badger
Pre-Shave: Musgo Real Glyce Lime
Cream: Cyril Salter Sublime Citrus
A/S: Taylor Mr. Taylor

The Cyril Salter Sublime Citrus is a great scent for summer. I bowl lathered with the Vie-Long white badger brush and was rewarded with enough meringue like lather for 4 passes plus touch-up. The Mr. Taylor aftershave splash is one of my favorites and was the perfect finish.

It's been a while since I've posted, and this seems like as good a place as any to dip my toe back in. So:

1946/47 Aristocrat
Swedish Gillette Blade
Rooney 3,1
Mama Bear's Hydrogen Soap

Excellent shave.
