Tuesday's shave
D.R. Harris Rose shaving cream
Simpson Chubby 2 in best
Futur
Super Iridium
Geo. F. Trumper's Sandalwood Skin Food
I bought the Rose when it was released and it has now settled to a very dense cream, indeed.

Pre-shave soap: Musgo Real Glyce Lime
Razor: Jaggerooney
Blade: Astra Superior Platinum
Brush: Simfix Grosvenor LE
Soap: Otoko Organics
A/S: Thayer's Lavender Witch Hazel, 4711 Splash
A nice shave this morning, using Otoko Organics shaving "soap", an Australian product that I received as a gift. It contains jojoba extract, deionized water, "proprietary non-ionic surfactants derived from soy and corn", aloe vera, and glycerine--no added fragrance, no alcohol, and is certified organic. Interesting stuff, but I'm not ditching my tallow soaps.

Tuesday:
Feather SS & 'blue' IP blade
Kent LE
Penhaligon's English Fern shave soap ( tallow )
D R Harris's Pink A/S
Trumpers Spanish Leather
These days, and in this razor, the IP blades seem to do better for me when using hard soaps rather than creams. I imagine it is because the blade isn't as sharp as what I normally use and thus it benefits from the slightly less cushion that the soap lather provides.
