Wednesday:

Lord L5 "Tech"
Treet Platinum
Old Spice Sensitive (Aloe & Lanolin) in the can w. Conair heated lather cap.
Thayers Lemon
Body Shop Razor Relief, <2008 formula

Just recently tried this razor after using the handle with a Gillette travel Tech head. If I had to, could probably use the full Lord combo as my only razor.

Wednesday

Edwin Jagger DE86 with Derby
Simpson Duke 3 best
QCS shave cream: Sandalwood
jojoba oil with sandalwood EO

I'm surprised that the jojoba oil still works for an aftershave in the heat of the summer. I was expecting it to be too oily/greasy, but that's not the case. I mix 5 drops of jojoba with an equal amount of water, rub together with my hands and then apply to my face. Within a couple of minutes it is all soaked in and leaves my face with a matte finish. Been using the jojoba since November and it's the best aftershave I've used.

Razor: A Rusty PILS
Blade: Super Iridium
Brush: H.L. Thater Stout 1
Pre-Shave: Musgo Real Glyce Lime
Soap: D.R. Harris Almond Shave Stick
A/S: Mr. Taylor

OK...I am getting progressively more annoyed by the fact that my "stainless" steel PILS is rusting. I am not sure what angers me more; that the razor is rusting or that PILS completely blows off emails. In any case, I did enjoy a fine shave and the Mr. Taylor was an excellent finish. I guess it is time to contact Razor Emporium for a re-plate job on the PILS.
