Chris, how is this soap compared to the other good veggie soaps (T&H, etc.)? The scent - or the idea of it - intrigues me, though I'm pretty settled...

Also, is Castile a part of your scent den now? I thought you might like that one. Very nice stuff.

Muhle R89 with Derby
Simpson CH1 two banded super
QED shave soap: Pine and Cedarwood


Random shave today. For some reason I was in the mood for the scent of this soap and I reached for it despite the fact that in the past it hasn't performed well for me. Well, much to my surprise and for whatever reason it performed great today. Nice shave and my face felt great. I even skipped my after shave routine.

Pre-shave soap: Musgo Real Glyce Lime
Razor: Jaggerooney
Blade: Voskhod Teflon
Brush: EJ Best Badger
Soap or Cream: Palmolive Italian Menthol Cream
A/S: Dickinson's Witch Hazel, Alt Innsbruck Splash

The weather is warming up again, so I thought some menthol was in order. What a nice, refreshing shave! The Voskhod really mowed 'em down with ease. And the Alt Innsbruck provided an excellent finish, with its own additional menthol chill and pleasant fragrance.
