Agreed. Good for keeping the Signature scent around for an hour or two, and it's not irritating or anything, but...

Feather blade
Tweezerman Badger Brush
Mitchell's Wool Fat shave soap
Trumper's skin food (Limes)
Proraso A/S

First time with the Chatsworth, MWF, and Trumper. Standing ovation. Thanks SMF for the great advice and support! Not to mention some fun conversation. Now I have to try and stay away from the Simpson website if I can.

Thursday!

Rooney 3/1 Finest
Rocket HD w/Swede
T & H Sandalwood (old stuff)
Harris Pink

Dior Leather Oud

Had this beard for about 2 months, so I'm really only shaving my neck- I must admit I have been saving about 20 minutes in the morning, which has improved my quality of life!

Thursday

Moss scuttle
Homemade Frankincense & Myrrh preshave oil
Somerset Simpson Beaufort 6 Pure brush
TOBS Sandalwood shaving cream
Feather AS razor
Wilkinson Light Brigade blade (1)
Armani Acqua di Gio balm
Armani Acqua di Gio splash here and there

The B6 is a simple, workmanlike brush, not fancy, but it does the job really well. And the LB blades are clearly the best I've ever used.

Thursday, October 20th

Razor: Wilkinson Sticky
Blade: Gillette Yellow
Brush: Thater Stout 1
Pre-Shave: Musgo Real Glyce Lime
Soap: Yardley (thanks Teiste)
A/S: Meehan Bay Rhum

I used Yardley again today but this is a different version and comes in a wooden bowl. I actually have two wooden bowls of Yardley and find them to be slightly different...I wonder how many different formulations of Yardley Shave Soap there are. In any case, I enjoyed a DFS. The Gillette Yellow is showing signs of wear and I will change it out tomorrow. A splash of Meehan Bay Rhum and I am ready for the evening.
