Pre-shave soap: Musgo Real Glyce Lime
Razor: Edwin Jagger DE87
Blade: Astra Superior Platinum
Brush: Vulfix 2234 Super
Soap or Cream: TOBS Sandalwood Cream
A/S: Dickinson's Witch Hazel, Ogallala Bay Rum & Sandalwood Toner
A great shave this morning! I really like the TOBS sandalwood cream, but I'm almost out--must get some more. A little goes a long way, though, so I still have enough for a few shaves. The Ogallala toner provided an excellent finish.

Gentlemen,
I did not post yesterday's shave, because it was a disaster. Holding to my plan of shaving with the DE weekdays and with the straight weekends because of my banged up hands, I used a newly acquired Gillette slim adjustable, Gillette 7 O'Clock yellows and Dr. Selby cream.
Oy! The cream's lather and glide were all right, but the cushion couldn't take a punch from a flea. I also think the Gillette was dialed up too high. I love the Fatboy dialed at about 4 or 5. This Slim Adjustable will do better dialed up at 2 maximum. Finally, despite the Gillette yellow's overall quality, I must have picked up a bad pack. I dare say the shave was an embarrassment to my lovely 22 mm Thater in the ivory handle. Today I let Martin de Candre wipe off yesterday's memory:
Razor: Edwin Jagger Plaza faux ivory
Blade: Personna red
Brush: Thater 22 mm silvertip in the black handle
Soap: Martin de Candre
Pre-shave: Castle Forbes
Scuttle: Moss
Lather: Ayars bowl
Alum
Witch hazel: Thayers Super Medicated
Balm: Trumper's Coral Skin Food
Aftershave: Lagerfeld Classic
Music: Tangos by Carlos Gardel
Finisher: Once again a halo lighting up the shave den.
