Friday, March 2nd

Razor: Merkur Futur
Blade: Polsilver
Brush: Semogue Caravela
Pre-Shave: Musgo Real Glyce Lime
Soap: D.R. Harris Marlborough
A/S: D.R. Harris Marlborough

I decided to bring out the Caravela this morning and was not disappointed. It churned out mounds of lather from the Harris Marlborough shave soap and the Futur/Polsilver combination was superb. A splash of Harris Marlborough and I am ready for the day.

Friday

Georgetown scuttle
Ach Brito Glyce preshave soap
Somerset Simpson Eagle 2 Pure brush
Woods of Windsor (tallow 1st) shaving soap
Feather AS razor
Wilkinson Light Brigade blade (1)
Woods of Windsor aftershave balm

BBS to end the business week. The soap lathered beautifully in the Burma Shave mug, with the scuttle just used to keep the brush warm during razor passes.

Friday morning:

Vitos SIS
Semogue 1438 boar
Valet AutoStrop VC1
Feather SE blade (8)
bay rum

I was in a hurry today, so no face prep other than the face lathering.

Gary, I was in a hurry today, so I didn't try the TOBS. I want to try it when I have time. Tomorrow should be OK.

Friday

Muhle R89 with Derby
Rudy Vey custom brush
T&H shave cream: Ultimate Comfort
TOBS aftershave gel: Sandalwood

I came across a decent deal for the UC shave cream and went for it. Not bad but it does lack a little bit of the "slick" I've been used to with the TOBS cream I've been using. Also, it's a bit ridiculous that they advertise it as 'unscented' as it is quite obviously scented with lavender oil.
