Pre-shave soap: Musgo Real Glyce Lime
Razor: Merkur Long-Handled Progress
Blade: Ladas SS
Brush: Vie-Long LE Beehive Natural Brown Horse
Soap or Cream: Klar Kabinett
A/S: Dickinson's Witch Hazel, 4711 Splash

Quite a nice shave this rainy morning, but it's time to change the blade. Although the Ladas is a capable blade, there are others at about the same price point that I prefer.

Thursday AM

Doug Smith scuttle
Ach Brito Glyce preshave soap
Somerset Simpson Beaufort 2 Pure brush
Tcheon Fung Sing shaving cream soap
Schick M1 Adjustable razor
Personna PTFE blade (3)
Acqua di Parma Colonia aftershave balm

Another great shave. The TFS soft soap was really good, as always. I'm beginning to think that I may get a smoother, closer shave with the injector than with a DE razor, without as many nicks. But maybe it's too soon to tell.

Wednesday

Muhle R41
Thater
TOBS Mr. Taylor cream
Nivea 'Replenishing' balm*

*smells very funky and is a bit drying. The Nivea 'Sensitive' balm is much nicer.

The Mr Taylor cream continues to provide very nice, predicable lather, but is almost gone. Will be replaced by a rotation of partially used tubs of Salters Rose, Trumpers Violet and TBS Maca Root in a use it or lose it creams vow.

Friday's shave

Creed Green Irish Tweed Shaving Soap
Simpson Chubby 2 Best
Futur
Wilkinson Sword
D.R. Harris Arlington Milk

It's been a long time sice I used the Creed and I've been very impressed with it over the last couple of days. The only downside is the price and that one can't get refills :(
