Lately my day has begun at 4:30 AM so to save some time I treated myself to an evening shave. It was blissful.

Drink: 12 year old Bourbon (fit the experience well, just 2 fingers)
Razor: Chatsworth w/feather blade
Brush: Kent BK4
Soap: TABAC
Finish: Witch Hazel
A/S: Trumper's Skin Food w/Limes

Straight Razor Designs scuttle
Homemade frankincense & myrrh preshave oil
Simpsons 57 "Douglas" Super brush
Penhaligon's Endymion shaving cream
Gem Damaskeene razor
Gem SS PTFE blade (1)
Creed Green Irish Tweed aftershave balm

A great shave. The Douglas is one of my favorite brushes, the Endymion is a great cream, the Damaskeene is my favorite single edge razor, and the GIT is a wonderful finish. It's difficult to imagine anything much better.

Semogue 2 Band Badger
Lea tallow shave soap stick
Moss Scuttle
1955 Gillette SS
Super Iridium blade
Englsih Leather AS (not as good as the product from the 60's-'70's, the scent having less "leather" and no depth; worse case of reformulation than with Old Spice.)
