Pre-shave soap: Musgo Real Glyce Lime
Razor: 1948-50 Gillette Superspeed*
Blade: Astra Keramik*
Brush: Simfix Grosvenor LE Two Band*
Soap: Vintage Old Spice*
A/S: Dickinson's Witch Hazel/Wesley & Scott Clove and Peppermint Balm*

A very nice shave this chilly morning with some shaving items that are no longer in production (indicated by asterisks). The choice of razor was similar to my dad’s back in the 40's and 50's (he used a Superspeed or Slim); however, he used a brushless cream of the era–Colgate or Palmolive, I think. I tried it once and it worked OK, but was a little difficult to rinse from the razor. He did use Dickinson’s witch hazel, though.
