I shave therefore I am
Sunday Night:
Razor: Weber ARC with Bulldog handle
Blade: Schick Plus Platinum (NOS)
Brush: Semogue 830 (boar)
Soap: Mystic Water Soap (Lime)
Lather made in a bowl, as always.
2 1/2 passes.
Aftershave: Thayer's Peach Witch Hazel blended with a bit of lather and massaged into the skin.
This is a soft soap that likes a lot of water. If I start out with a "dry" brush like I do with my hard soaps, I'll get a lather that is dry, airy, and good for nothing. If I start out with a wetter brush and add little bits of water as I go, it produces a very rich lather.
