Blade: Schick Plus Platinum (NOS)

Brush: Semogue 830 (boar)
Soap: Mystic Water Soap (Lime)

Lather made in a bowl, as always.
2 1/2 passes.

Aftershave: Thayer's Peach Witch Hazel blended with a bit of lather and massaged into the skin.

A pretty good shave. The G5 keeps water and lather warmer than the G4, but at the expense of a smaller bowl, too small for lathering except with the smallest brushes. For some reason the soap didn't lather very well this morning; the lather it did produce had just fair cushion but excellent glide. The blade already is dulling. Overall a shave to match the grey morning.
