-- Friday--

Prep: hot water wash with hand soap
Razor: Gillette New LC on the Ikon bulldog handle
Blade: Feather Hi-Stainless (3)
Brush: Omega boar knot in the vintage clear Fuller handle
Soap: RazoRock R-160
Scuttle: Georgetown Pottery G5 in Hamada glaze
Post: Thai Crystal deodorant stick and Thayers Witch Hazel with Aloe

Result: BBS in 3+ passes. Great Shave. I forgot how good Gillette New LC is. Especially on top of a good heavy handle. Wonderful shave. New LC works well with Feathers, which I have been neglecting. Now I've been using them on most of my razors and they work really well.

Friday

'65 Tech (UK made)
Med Prep blade (13)
Tweezerman Badger
Cyril Salter's Essential Lime Cream
AS: None

Last shave with this blade, stellar to say the least....
I like using my Techs, I can do many repeat passes
with no discomfort, they are wonderfully mild razors...
great with a sharp blade......

Gentlemen, good day!
This Friday morning's shave
Pre: QED Red French Clay soap
Razor : Cobra Classic with Kai Mild (2)
Soap : Haslinger's "Honey" shave soap, and DRH lavender shave stick for jawline touch-up
Brush: Simpson Somerset PL8, super badger
Shampoo: Liggett shampoo bar, vinegar rinse
Post: Clubman styptic powder
Clubman A/S
Clinique PSH
Clubman (not so) White Talc, doing double duty as a deo, applied to face and body
Lucky Tiger 3-Oil Hair tonic
DFS/BBS shave with 2+ passes, one tiny nick under nose. Had a DFS shave after one pass. Marvelous soap made my
Simpson Polo blossom with rich, slick lather. The Polo is probably a better cream brush as it tends to hog lather. But
today's combo was perfect. Prefer my DRH Arlington shampoo bar, but gifted that one to my grandson last week...
he had fallen in love withperformance and fragrance and how could I refuse? Liggett is ok, especially with (diluted) vinegar rinse.
Felt good and fresh for today's trip to barber shop. Got my dose of local gossip and barber's take on local, state, and
national politics!! What a hoot!
Awaiting package from Phil with new Dreadnought "silver Technology" deodorant... hoping it will work without exacerbating
current underarm rash!

Good evening. Saturday:

No shave. :x :x

I had no idea swim meets could go on so long. Or that a day could be this long.
Best,
Chris
