EARLY Thursday A.M.
Pre: Clinique Skin Supplies for Men Liq. Face Wash, extra strength
Shave Soap: D.R. Harris Arlington
Brush: Omega Boar 10066 set in custom "Emilion" handle
Razor: Gem M M Clog Pruf with Gem SE PTFE (6)
Post: Crystal deo as alum block
Clubman styptic powder
Clubman A/S
Clinique Post Shave Healer
DFS needing only 2 1/2 passes, but the Clog Pruf, coupled with some poor razor control, left a few weepers
which responded to judicious treatment with the alum block and styptic powder.
For me 6, shaves with the Gem PTFE may have been one too many, though several gentlemen here report
getting twice as many with superior results.
No blame laid on the DRH soap, which always and easily provides a ton of fabulous lather; another product
purchased on the strength of SMF recommendations
Thanks guys,
jr/John
