Prep: hot water wash with Stirling bath soap
Razor: Frankenrazor made of Hallmark top plate, Fatip base plate and Ikon bulldog handle
Blade: Treet Platinum (2)
Brush: Semogue Owners' Club (SOC) 2012 SE mixed
Soap: Mike's Natural Lily of the Valley
Scuttle: Georgetown Pottery G5 in Hamada glaze (used as brush scuttle)
Post: Thai Crystal deodorant alum stick and Thayers alcohol free witch hazel
Result: BBS in 3+ passes. Wonderful close trouble-free enjoyable shave. Mike's Lily of the Valley is a wonderful scent. Performance is consistent with everything else from Mike's Natural Soaps. Which is to say superb. Treet Platinum is not a bad blade. Up there with Lord Platinum and Shark SS.
